1. Overview
At RG Naturals, we take utmost care in packing and shipping our products. Due to the nature of food and personal care products, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
Dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins, etc.)
Spices
Soaps
Shampoos and body care products
Opened or used items
Items without original packaging
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
3. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns or replacements if:
The product was damaged during transit
The wrong product was delivered
The product is defective or expired
4. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Process
Once the complaint is verified:
Replacement may be shipped (subject to availability), OR
Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timeline:
5–7 working days (depending on bank/payment gateway)
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if:
Cancellation request is made before dispatch
Order has not been handed over to courier
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect shipping address
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping charges may apply.
Refunds (if requested) may be processed after deducting shipping costs.
8. Natural Variations Disclaimer

Do not qualify as defects.
